August 9 was Moomin Day, established in honor of the birthday of the author, Tove Jansson.Some of you may have celebrated Moomin Day with a cute obanyaki branded with Moomin and friends. -
The friends of the Moomin Valley have become deliciously
cute and now available in the dessert section!

The sticky dough is branded with
characters and filled with mild cream.The branding designs are all from the Moomin Valley, including Moomin, Snufkin, Little My, Hattifatteners, Moominpappa, Sniff, and more!
The product allows you to find your favorite character in a see through package that allows you to see the contents.

Secret of the sticky and chewy dough
The key in developing the "Moomin chewy series" was to add "tapioca starch" to the mixed flour.
Adding this to the dough allows us to enjoy the sticky and chewy texture!
We have also devised the radio of ingredients to increase the water retention properties of the product, which gives a more sticky and chewy texture.
